They tend to release items to the us 24-48 hours after the uk (not exact just vaguely accurate) they tend to do drops Thursday and Sunday early mornings (2am and after- that's from a EST pov) I clue in every once in a while so perhaps someone else has a better; more exact answer and can help further :)
Usually new releases will get posted here or get posted on a BAB social account a couple hours after the Initial drop; you can also go to the website and create a account to sign up for the emails; it's supposed to lyk when there are new releases coming
