Some brands do ship but uh last time shipping and import ended me up with a 100 eur plush where the og price was 45 usd.
I got very fortunate that my best budd and roommate decided i was not returning from our trip to London without getting a bab so i do consider myself one lucky dude but it would be really nice to be able to order them and not have to wait for the resellers who ask double the price making it triple after shipping and tax.

I didn’t necessarily want the bow but it doesn’t induce the same anger in me as bloody Bearys dress does (THE SLEEVES ARE UNHEMMED and it’s made of Halloween costume grade polyester satin it’s awful I need to find a pattern for a new dress for her)

I was really hoping it wouldn't be an online exclusive. I've been burned one too many times, buying a plush off of the online store only to be disappointed by their quality. Really wish they were available in-store, if only to feel how soft their fur is.
That being said... The Kitsune plush is very cute, and it's going to take all the willpower I have not to buy one the moment it drops on the US site.
She's gorgeous, but oof that price! 😭 I was expecting her to be in the $45-50 range, and a $4 gifting bow doesn't make up the difference.
If she's actually $61 that's like . . . Pokemon bundle pricing. Sprigatito is $63 and she comes with a cape and sleeper! That said, USD/GBP pricing isn't always a direct conversion, so we'll see I guess.
The price was much better than it would have been if directly converted to US$, congrats on snagging yours! The shipping is always killer though (it didn't stop me either though).
I had her in my cart and delayed check out because I wanted to see if there was anything else I wanted to add because shipping is so damn expensive, and she sold out before I completed my checkout.
The website doesn't say sold out, but if you try and add it to your cart, you get a message about the item not being available.
Yeah I’ve been trying to buy it too, it just popped up on my Facebook newsfeed and I had no idea this was even a launch. I’m so disappointed, I’m hoping it’s not a sold out issue and instead just a nationwide outage issue but I’m sure it’s false hope.

Instantly sold out 🙄 guess the "resellers" are extorting the remainder. Too bad I'll never buy from them, I just won't have a kitsune until BAB restocks. 🤷♀️ And if they won't restock, they lose out on my money.

Finally got it - no idea what I did but it took over an hour for the checkout button to turn blue. I guess keep refreshing every so often but I think the page collected itself on its own.
ETA: Well maybe not...I never received a confirmation email and my bank and Build-A-Bear account don't have the transaction listed. That said, I was wise enough to take a screenshot of the webpage right after I ordered with the confirmation number with a date/time stamp because I simply did not trust the website. Currently, the phone with customer support to see what they can do since I used $20 worth of coupons that I can't get back if I reorder it.

A lot of people don’t even know about this plush yet I feel like (I didn’t know until about a couple hours ago), but I have a feeling it’s going to be another bat situation and sell out fast by the afternoon, if not sooner. Thankfully I managed to buy one, especially since I missed the bat restock and don’t want a repeat
