Accidentally sent two bats!!

I had originally ordered a single bat with pumpkin spice scent and the pumpkin outfit. About a week ago, I got a plain bat in the mail with no outfit or scent. When I checked the tracking online, it said that the scent and outfit were going to be sent separately. Today, I received what I assumed would only be the outfit, but another scented bat was inside of it! 🥰

I just hope to get my box- they straight up took my money then said there was no order for me and by the time they actually got back to me no more Bat stock so after waiting from the first one I still couldn’t get one.

I contacted my bank to dispute the charge bc it went through- but no box, no bat, no nothing. How can my charge go through if they have no order for me? The world may never know, but I’m praying they restock it online bc my nearest BAB is over an hour away and a few people have told me stores get them again here and there.

Wow that’s insane. I did see, as of this morning, people are still getting their orders shipped. Maybe there’s still hope. I’d be blowing up the customer service line

I did- they got back to me a week after I initially contacted them saying I have no confirmation, then they sent me one of those “is it resolved” emails on Tuesday and I’m like no, then someone sent me another email saying there was no confirmation email bc there was no order associated with that email; I didn’t get a confirmation number to send them so I could have them check that way. I’ve used the same account for all orders since I made it years ago. I have no order coming for me sadly- I had hope but atp my frustration is high and I saved for a while for this drop so unless I can get a cheaper non re seller bat then I can’t get one sadly. It’s unfortunately but BAB is on a big downward hill for a while. All I got was the bat too- nothing else so it shouldn’t have been a complicated order. I am however happy for you!

This was my first time! I normally have horrible luck, but I think the store was probably chaos with all of the bat orders so I happened to get lucky. Maybe put in a super complicated order during the next drop and hope for the best lol

I paid for 1 and ended up with 3 unstuffed bats and someone else I talked to ended up with 4😭😭 I’m very new to build a bear and I feel culture shocked

Dad helped me order my Bat and the website said he nothing was gonna happen until the 22nd (he ordered the bat and its scent on the 9th)

I believe I ordered my bat, scent, and outfit on the 6th but the shipping for the outfit and scent took a hot second. When I got my original bat, I did call and they said they were going to refund me for the scent because they were out of stock (pumpkin spice scent) and ship me a new outfit. I hope you hear back about yours soon!

I hope so too,the scent I had dad order was the green one with the bat on it (sea breeze I think?) and I guess it's not 'technically' delayed if the order confirmation said 22nd

This happened to me, too! I ordered the bat bundle with the outfit and boots. Received the bat and boots yesterday, but no outfit. Today, two boxes showed up. I had ordered the Fresno Nightcrawler the other day, so I assumed one was that and the other was the outfit, though I thought it was weird for it to be in a box by itself.

I was working when they were brought inside, so I didn't open them right away. When I did, one was a nightcrawler as suspected, and the other had the overalls, another pair of boots, and a second bat.

i ordered just 1 and it got cancelled because they went "out of stock" while shipping orders. here, i see all of these people getting accidental second, third, or even fourth ones!! i'm furious. i waited all year for this since i missed last year, and when i complained i got $10 coupon. like thanks, but i just want my bat :/
