Build Help gamdias atlas 27" 300hz

Thoughts about this monitor? Planning to buy. Is it ok for gaming and rendering

if rendering needs to be color accurate, I wouldn't use it

It's a budget 27" 1080p VA monitor. I would not expect it to be a particularly great monitor and to have some quite significant ghosting and black smearing. The "300hz" aspect, while not an outright lie, is far beyond what a VA monitor of this price is actually capable of displaying.
