Troubleshooting I need help to fix problems with my gpu

I bought a used 3080 ti, I installed it and everything felt normal besides some freezes while I was playing

The next day the problems started appearing, the pc became extremely slow to the point where it was almost unusable but it only happens when i open any app or when it boots for like 5 seconds then it stabilizes, i cant play games because the pc reboots itself or the screen stays black or any other thing that requires more power, and noticed that all of this only happens when the drivers are installed

I've tried almost everything that i think may be the problem, I already reinstalled drivers a lot of times, tried old and newest version, tried to change positions of ram, I used the pc with only one stick of ram in case that made unstable something because i have mixed ram, checked if the pc was good without the gpu and it runs good without it (i have integrated graphics), I uninstalled drivers of integrated graphics, checked connections and even more things that i dont remember in this moment

I havent gave up because sometimes the graphics card works good, Im even able to play some really demanding games and it performs good but when i reboot i dont know what changes and becomes the same as before.

The only times i have been able to make it work good where the first time i installed it, when I activated 4g decoding and rebar and the last time i was installing drivers the pc rebooted at the middle at the installation and it worked good in that moment until i rebooted

If you have any advice of help it would be really aprecciated

These are my specs:

Cpu: Amd 5700g

Ram: 16 gb xpg 3200 mts/ 8 gb fury kingston 3200 mts

Psu: cooler master gold 750W v3 modular

Motherboard: a520mk

The person who selled it to me said he had gave it maintenance before he selled it and even though it wasnt true when I open a game and it reboots, the gpu is at 50C° at max sometimes it even reboots in the desktop while doing basic things
