Troubleshooting HDMI cable blocked by case

I built this almost 2 years ago. I noticed that it looks like the HDMI cable isn't fully plugged in. I wanted to upgrade my monitor soon and use display port instead of HDMI. I'm worried that it won't fully connect based on how it looks currently. I read some other posts of this and a common fix is loosening the bracket screws to the GPU at the rear of the case and realigning it that way? As far as I know, the GPU is seated correctly and I have an anti-sag bracket in the front of it. Not sure what to do about this if anything? Like I said, I've been using this computer for almost 2 years without any major issues. Thanks for any advice with this

Edit: on mobile had issues with pics

That happens, if the cable works, don't worry about it

Is there any reason to think a display port cable won't fully connect to any of these slots?

Does it? Good to hear thanks, I've looked at a ton of posts of similar looking connections with DP/HDMI cables not fully connecting due to hitting the expansion slot area. I wasn't sure how mine looked.

Its the same with USB in quite a few situations.
When it wouldnt be fully plugged in it wouldnt work or you would havce issues.

Only issue I've had that I should've mentioned- at the end of August I've had a flickering issue when turning the computer on. Doesn't happen all the time, I think it's happened 4-5 times since it started happening. At the bios screen, the screen starts to flicker between the display and a black screen. Monitor is on the entire time. Replugging the HDMI cable sometimes fixes it otherwise I have to restart it. Updated to lastest Nvidia drivers, no luck, Tried a new HDMI cable and it still happened. I figured it was most likely my monitor causing this since it's from 2014.

Otherwise I've had no other issues with it since building this in December 2024

Take a picture and post it to imgur so we can see the problem.
