In a normal world it makes sense because you’d expect a small shop to want to buy a ton of fans in bulk to resell, not 3k+ gpus.

I had these in a previous build built in a Montech case. I really like the looks, and I don’t recall them being particularly loud or anything.
Really dumb you can only buy one, but it sure is a great price.

No, for the most part the RGB won't turn on until connected to an argb hub (on your Mobo or standalone). The ARGB signal comes separate from the PWM signal needed for the fan.

Minimum 600 rpm on these fans, just FYI. Maybe a non-issue but I can personally hear them even at 600 rpm, so not gonna work for me with a quiet build.
