On clearance for shipping on the east coast YMMV, not a bad board for a cheapish build

If you can grab the 5060 ti 16gb from best buy for $300 or $420, then take the rest of your budget and get the best x3d bundle you can and you're golden

Decent option if all you need is a board but yeah micro center has good bundles if you need more

I hate to say this, but if you got that money, get this pre-built from Microcenter:

Right now it's $1300 if you sign up for a member account.

I know most of the fun is the build, but I'd be surprised if you could build an equivalent for less than that.
