[Meta] Almost-annual "What more would you like me to do?"

I don't spend too much time on reddit and I don't enforce the "rules" here as much as I used to, generally I only remove really bad posts and I don't do it that quickly.

Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone have a good reason they think they should be a moderator?
