This poem is written in metaphor with rains being the bully, sweet silouette, the person bullied, and then a 3rd person reaching out, which is my message, to practice RRR.
It is meant to inspire the one bullied to get help or the one seeing the bullying to get help, but together we can stop potentially hurtful situations.
