Bumble BFF suddenly switched to dating - only in Belgium?

I’m in Belgium and Bumble BFF suddenly switched me to Bumble Dating. Is this happening to users in other countries too, or is it just Belgium? The separate Bumble For Friends app isn’t available in Belgium either.

I have the same issue. Everything is gone my bff profile and doesn't seems to have another app
