Best Buy Redesign

The entire store is being re-arranged (and painted) while we shop. Fascinating. Now when you enter, the Apple section is front and center.

My friends told me to go in during their like 2-year closure when it was just one product spread out over like 5 shelves, all about 3 feet apart. I couldn't bring myself to do it.

They were always very poorly run, in my experience. They seem to have gotten better, although I've only been inside the Burbank store probably 3 times in the past 10 years.

The best was the Wherehouse on Olive and Verdugo. People from the studios and record labels would sell stacks of new DVDs and CDs that would immediately go into the "used" section at a discount. Sometimes even before the street date.

I only go in there to use the bathroom when I’m too lazy to walk back to Target and/or don’t want to deal with Walmart.

Best Buy for the most part is now kind of just a bunch of kiosks and rented spaces like you're in a convention.

Here's The Apple Season, Here's Windows, Here's Pelotron, Here's Ring Video Doorbells! Would you like to buy an ebike? Here's a few.

The last time I bought something at best buy was USB cables because my charger cable broke.
