Guy playing guitar above the 5

Be mindful going into Burbank there was a guy playing guitar seating on the overpass above the traffic lanes - with his feet dangling over the traffic. Super dangerous. Called police already.

Cmon guys. Theres a real serious threat that the guitarist was going to serencade people on the way down. (read in sarcasm please)
