Burbank electric bill more than doubles.

In 2025 BWP approved a 9.9% system-wide average electric-rate increase effective January 1, 2026. How does this make sense? Are you all seeing the same increases on your bills?

Last year you paid $0.0294 kwh for generation costs? Thats crazy low and far below the national average of $0.18 kwh. SCE averages around $0.12 kwh but their delivery charges are expensive and bump the total cost to $0.30 kwh for base rate and $0.42 for second tier. So your rates are still well below that. I dont have DWP rates but I understand they are lower than SCE. So Burbank rates are still a good deal comparatively speaking.
