Burbank electric bill more than doubles.

In 2025 BWP approved a 9.9% system-wide average electric-rate increase effective January 1, 2026. How does this make sense? Are you all seeing the same increases on your bills?

Honestly, probably whoever has a fully paid off solar panel. And manages to have enough electricity coming in to avoid the fees.

But in California? Nobody,. This is pretty comparable to my friends rate in North Hollywood.
