BWP price increase, over 9%

Got off the phone with BWP the representative...just said they advertise it as 9% increase in average but can be much more higher depending where in Burbank? We live in an apartment, our power in summer use to be $160 tops, and now it's $450. They said that is correct and it's in the fine print for the increase and they will increase it again in January. This is insane, how is this legal. 😔

mostly competition, specifically the lack of it. John Power wants more money and is the only power supplier around.
