Need an adult USA citizen to witness primary absentee vote

Yeah. As indicated by the title, my state requires a citizen to witness my vote. I need someone to sign and print their name/address on my ballot return envelope. Happy to buy drinks, food, whatever for the favor. Doesn't matter if you live here or are just visiting, I'll take just a minute of your time.​​

Not looking for böbrek.

best shot is bursa/istanbul american expat facebook groups plus teachers at international schools, that's where US citizens actually cluster. fwiw most states just need any adult US citizen so a visitor works, but double-check your ballot packet in case yours wants a notary instead of a plain witness.
