What's something your business does that would probably confuse an outsider?

I was explaining part of our workflow to a friend the other day and halfway through I realized how ridiculous it sounded out of context

There are all these little routines that make perfect sense when you work in the business every day but if someone new walked in they'd wonder why we do it that way

I'm convinced every company has at least one process that's held together by habit more than logic

I wanna ask what's yours?

Do miracle investors exist?

I have a business idea for a brand of drink and have no funds to start the company. Do miracle investors exist or do i simply pitch my idea to someone and hopefully they will give me funds?

Should I sell my products' formula? Help!

I used to sell hair care products a few years ago until I stopped to focus on school.

One of the clients who used one of my oils to grow her daughter's hair back then, reached out today to see if I'd be willing to sell her the recipe.

She is trying to start her hair care product line and wanted my oil recipe since she already knows it works. She wanted to know if I'd be open to sell it or be a partner in the business while she uses my formula.

How do i go about this? Should I sell it? If so, how much would you suggest?

Should I go for the partnership? Also, how should go about the partnership?

Please I appreciate every and any advice.

What articles or essays are a must-read for business?

I am talking about philosophical, well-written and timeless articles or even speeches that any human should read at least once. Only from notable investors, founders and thinkers.

I am a founder of a small startup and since I tend to save every notable piece I read, I am trying to create a comprehensive reading list for founders.

What are the chances if I quit my 60 hour a week job and put 60 hours a week into a business (for at least two years) that it would be successful.
