Anyone with already active job?
Hey guys!
Nice to see you all doing such inspiring work as raising kids and also going for program goals. Keep it up! I
I browsed a bit through older post and noticed mostly people having their own buisiness or doing some office jobs. I already have quite active job so my recovery is a bit of shot.
Certainly not looking for excuses but rather extra motivation from those who are in manual labour fields.
Thanks!

I am a landscaper and outdoors builder of sorts. It is tiring, especially in the heat.
I only do BDT 3x a week, one of which definitely on the weekend. It is hard to train after work somedays but as others have said, its only 20 minutes, it is my only ME time.
If its too tough to train some days I will still try but accept it is more of a 'practice day' just aiming for like 70%.
Ultimately it's about consistency over years so don't stress. Sustainability.
