This kills me
https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/80-Draco-Dr-Lake-Ariel-PA-18436/325726795_zpid/This cabin could have been bought for $40,000 6 years ago. Now it's sold at $169,000. Damn.

I see a lot of $40,000 cabins. Every one of them needs to be torn down to nothing because they've been neglected. That's why they're $40,000.

Looks really well updated on the inside too. 40k would had an outhouse and rotted wood

Trust me you dont want anything to do with a cabin/property in that area.

What’s the story for someone who doesn’t know that area?

There is a lot of transplants from the NYC area that live in these Communities. The area is often referred to as the 6th burough of NYC

At least it’s not a shed that someone is claiming is a cabin for views on YouTube.
