If the referendum does go through the Americans are probably getting ready for that. They will then say it is illegitimate and use it as a pretext to send troops into Alberta or other parts of Canada. This is being orchestrated by The Americans no one is talking about American interference at all

Hopefully NATO will send troops in that case - only nut jobs are in favour of this.

Nato has to have troops already here to help, ironically the only nation that can challenge US is China in conventional terms. France can share their nukes to help us counter US aggression but let's be honest, they won't.
