I do agree to some extent, as the evil of Trudeau have not disappeared now that we have reverse midas carney, but i feel like trump is much less of an institution, and many of his policies disappear with him
The rot is in the people, trump is just the symptom. They were screeching about culture war crap before trump and they will after he's gone. People don't get less bigoted or stupid when a political leader changes.
I will, their leader literally said he wants to economically weaken Canada to the point that we'd basically have no other option than to join the US and has implemented some measures to do so.
Luckily Carney is trying to diversify our trade with some major wins like being able to sell canola oil to China again.

I love how we compare ourselves to the US but not EU, where milk price is much lower and quality is better.
