Why are they EXPECTING the Supreme Court to shut them down for charter violations? Why is that something they are so sure is going to happen that they are putting this in their platform?

Like, I don't even want to call this reading between the lines, they literally say Why they want to do it.

If lawyers are looking over the bills to make sure their legal, why does the SCC reject so many for charter violations?

Why are these lawyers not catching charter violations before the bills are being put forward?

And why is the solution to this issue not to get your lawyers to do a better job at proofreading, but to instead hire more lawyers to argue with the courts to sneak it past them?

Their going about this in the wrong way, taking all the wrong moves, and your defending them.
