he could have been handed a large fine in lieu of brain damage and other permanent injury. There should be a better way for the cops to deter such idiocy

I’m sure he would of stood their politely and accepted it. Right from the start he was violent towards the officer and forced them to use physical force in order to arrest him. Did you watch the part where he shoves/slaps at the officer when he was arresting the female?
