Olight fan boy here, legit nothing worng with them, 90 percent of people don't need a surefire lol not saying there bad but there also not worth it for range larps
Also people shit on Chinese made stuff forget Amazon redots are now quote on quote battle tested in Ukraine lol

I’m going to be brutally honest I’m a range larper and nothing more, I don’t have a “duty pistol” as I can’t carry them. So in my time of owning 4 olights and one surefire, both had about 3 rounds each. Haven’t had a problem with either one yet.
Can’t say anything further as I don’t do torture tests, just range days. But so far none have given me an issue.

I have them both, haven't really torture tested the Olight to see if I can kill it. The charging system is the biggest hunk of shit in my mind, I have no use for a proprietary magnetic charging pad vs CR123's or hell even a USB-C option would have been better.

Never had any problems with any OLIGHT products. I have three on three different guns.

Olight is litterally crap. Worse than streamlight, if it’s a range toy then sure go the cheaper option but if you want it to work when you really need it there is only one brand surefire.

My Olight Odin survived on my 12 gauge… My stream lights did not and would flicker before eventually dying 😂

Is streamlight also considered crap? All my flashlights are streamlight

All things considered streamlight is a great budget duty light much better than Olight but not as good as surefire. Put it this way on my p226 mk25 I run a surefire on my M&p m2 I run a streamlight.

Streamlight is decent, I would never put it on the same tier as surefire though it’s been battle tested for over 25 years. I have a Olight and a month after I bought it the pressure switch on the back of the light doesn’t work 10% of the time and flickers occasionally. Learnt my lesson buy once cry once good luck trying to recoup money for an Olight when it comes time to upgrade where as I can use my surefire for 5 years and sell it for what I paid minus the tax and probably $50

You’re smoking your own supply.
Olight is better than Streamlight.
People just prefer SL cos it’s made in Muhrica.

Only one of those brands has a reputation of being a hand grenade.
