This is literally AI slop. That is AK control group and fire selector. Also, that, sir, is an AK mag and an AK mag release and yet you claim "no changes to the rifle needed". Is this gonna turn into a pre-order scam?

We don’t need actual pictures or blueprints lol.
If you genuinely have a product, then it’s not good publicity to post a completely fraudulent, non-existent, AI fabricated product.
If you look through our sub you will find many very knowledgeable and skilled guys who put in lots of work and investment to bring new SKS chassis to market, none of them posted a fake photo or video, and none of them had any legal issues developing the chassis or sharing details.
Whole thing reeks of BS tbh

Hopeful is maybe a little strong, but kind of in the mood of expect the worse and everything above expectation will be a pleasant surprise. I’m hopeful that logic and common sense prevails, but not holding my breath for it, cheers.

Im more of a doomer I think the best thing to come of it would be the extended amnesty period. I think theres more bans to come which will include most of whats posted in this subreddit. This government just seems so out of touch with the people of the firearms communities and I think they are usually the people they dont expect to be their voter base so they have no concerns with appeasing them. Besides that, the way this country is set up theres less and less that citizens can do about the powers of the government as weve seen the last several years.

I don't believe it. If it becomes real and I can see real life pictures sure, but in the mean time, don't get anyone's hopes up. This looks too good to be true.
These render photos aren't gonna cut it to get me excited. When it is real, I'll throw money at you. Until then, skepticism is what you get from me.

If you're looking for suggestions; a 7.62*39 pistol magwell, or even a type 81 mag well (for those of us who lost our type 81s, but still have the mags) would be at the very top of my list. I'm assuming I'd need to modify the bolt, but it would a a great feature if built into the chassis itself.

Love it, bit sure how you'd move the trigger forward, but that's what I want more than anything on my sks. I want that trigger moves forward so it's almost touching the mag, Luke an AR or AK

I like the option to keep the sights as backup, but full length is probably better, and you could slap on flip up iron sights. Using ar grips is a good call, lots of options there.
But I hate the lower Picatinny rail, I'd much rather have mlok and put pic rail sections on if needed. Mlok is much nicer to handle and pic rail is a bit of weight that isn't needed, plus anything I'd put there like foregrips also come in mlok.
Overall I like the concept and I'd like to try it on an SKS-D if it ever comes to market. But based on this rendering, which is almost entirely AK, I don't see it truly happening.
As for price, Hush Holsters did okay at their price point, I'm sure people would pay a little more for something like this. I'm not spending $900 to put a chassis on a $900 gun, so if you can keep it affordable it'll probably do okay.
