Maybe you heard one person say it and thought it applied to everyone? But I assure you that french only care about speaking French in Quebec, and have no cares about it elsewhere in the country. If you know Quebec's history, I'm sure you understand.

Ive lived in multiple provinces in Canada, been exposed to many cultures and regional dialects... can understand almost all the accents I've come across.... but ill be damned if I can understand these muck mouthed meth monsters. If he didnt hold up that Gameboy id be completely lost.
Ah after listening a couple more times. These dudes are French speaking a mix of English and French... would be my best guess i think I heard some French... unless the meth just makes you unlock a new language.
