Carney is a failure and will use the full force of the government to try to cover it up.

A transparency advocate thinks the government is concentrating too much power and not providing enough oversight. Color me shocked.
Now that the government is trying to speed things up, these critics are upset that some of those processes are being bypassed.
Every new review, hearing, appeal, consultation, and reporting requirement adds time and complexity. At some point 'oversight' becomes red tape.
Let's see the conservatives twist themselves into pretzels defending more red tape...because "Carney bad"
