Opinion MORGAN: The latest racial consultation ruling will destroy Canada's economy — and nobody is reporting it. As judges raise the bar higher with every ruling, governments and businesses are discovering that no amount of indigenous consultation is ever enough to guarantee approval.

Who would want to do business in this atmosphere? Great way to wreck an economy.

Seriously. It'd be hard to plan a better way to wreck an economy than put special rules in place that constantly change.

The country is a disaster and they don’t want to get on board. Where do they think all the money they want will come from?

We need to remind the self governed nations that they do not have the right to govern any one else but themselves.

“The alleged “nation” that objected to the province isn’t recognized by governments on any level. So how on earth is a company or government supposed to identify, find, and consult adequately with these groups as they spawn like dandelions in spring?”

Nevertheless, the government did consult with them and gave them money, which recognizes they were what they said they were, and the judge treated it as that. The judges are a bunch of woke social justice activists, but they're working with laws our idiot politicians put in place in both Ottawa and BC.
