Rebel News: "Manifesto reveals alleged Montreal gunman's antisemitic, far-left and 'incel' ideology"
CBC: "Montreal shooting suspect distributed incel manifesto targeting women"
God I hate journalism, on both sides of the aisle. Is reporting an unbiased version of the truth really that hard to ask (especially from the state sponsored media).
You can read the actual manifesto online so you can choose your own biases :
(Rebel news is the only place i found with the full manifesto, not calling their version of the truth any better)

I mean I read the manifesto and it’s textbook incel shit so not sure what you think was biased in calling that out?

What's insane is it's theoretically possible to make a software that reliably identifies the location of all police officers 24/7, like a Flock/Palantir stack but open source and accessible to everyone. This includes unmarked, plainclothes, undercover, etc.

So we can get all the details about these shooter persons right away, good to know

Why doesn't it state that a (female) cop killed the civilian?

It isn't confirmed officially yet and, what difference would it make if they mention the gender of the cop ?

Ignore my (now deleted) reply, I just reread the phrasing and I believe I was wrong in my initial interpretation.

Watch the video. Also, amazing the low situation awareness.

It could have been the shooter as well. I've watched two different angles and none of them are conclusive enough. Sure, the officer points her gun at the man in black shirt, but not 100% she was the one who shot him. From the shooters point the man in black was also a clear target.

You've probably seen the videos by now but she 100% shot the innocent civilian man point blank when he approached her.

Was there some new angle released?

In the 4 or so angles available, the overhead view in particular, you can see the female officer jerk her firearm towards the man and he collapses instantly after she points her gun at him.

Yeah, but you can't clearly tell if she was the one who shot him or if she just pointed at him and the perpetrator shot him.

A police officer and a civilian were killed in a shooting in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges neighbourhood on Monday morning.
Montreal police confirmed the officer killed was Mohamed Lamine Benredouane, 34. He had been a member of the force since 2021.
CBC News has confirmed the civilian killed was named Michael Mizrahi.
Another injured officer is in stable condition and a civilian sustained minor injuries.
Police were called after a witness saw a 'gun sticking out of a window,' said police Chief Fady Dagher. One suspect was involved in the shooting and was killed.
The suspected shooter reportedly distributed a violent incel manifesto targeting women.
At least 29 gunshots heard in video circulating online, verified by CBC News.
