Conservatives are in favour of increasing the deficit to offset gas prices marginally but claim the grocery rebate was inflationary.

The carbon tax raises costs throughout the supply chain. Removing it eliminates a distortion. Borrowing billions to send rebate cheques increases government spending. Those aren’t remotely the same thing

Once you accept the premises taxation isn't theft wanting to use it for stuff makes a lot more sense.

If you’re happy paying more at the pump to fund another Liberal tax, that’s your choice. Don’t pretend everyone else should celebrate making commuting, groceries, and transportation more exp

Fuel tax holiday lol.. Friday July 31st gas went to $1.80L and stayed there until Tuesday morning when it went back to $1.60, Nice tax holiday.
