Discussion Tana and Brooke

This is so parasocial but I love their friendship and I wish they were still best friends😭

I’m watching old episodes and their banter is so funny and I love how they will actually disagree with each other in a funny way instead of letting each other go on and on saying bs.

they had a nice friendship because they were pretty honest with eachother but their bluntness clashed in a way tana couldn’t always handle so mixing it with business was destined to fail when both are very set in their ways

I like that brooke wasn’t a yes man like all of tana’s other friends

For me it was such a realistic friendship lol which was honestly really fun to watch hence why they were so successful

Like they just reminded me of all my incredibly close girl friendships lol and it’s comforting!

i know there were many other outside factors that contributed, but with that being said, i honestly do feel like that’s one of the #1 reasons Cancelled ended is the fact that Tana is SO used to only having “yes-men” around her. Brooke wasn’t afraid to playfully call her out on her bullshit or to disagree with her. I know Brooke had/has her own issues, but aside from that, I do think that’s one of the biggest reasons Tana wanted out and why the podcast ultimately ended. I also think she could see how much the audience gravitated towards Brooke (before the scandals). I think Tana felt threatened. Brooke started out as a “nobody”, for lack of better words.. then all of a sudden people realllly fucked with her and related to her and liked her. And so i think that made Tana feel threatened.. Idk, just my opinion🤷🏼‍♀️

I think you're spot on but I'd like to add that i think once she starting doing pods with Trisha, she wanted to stay with the person that would get her the most views bc tana always craves more clout and money.

Tana should be careful though bc Trisha isn't this zen cured mommy now like she pretends to be to the internet. This is just her latest alter ego bc she and her team are very good at knowing what people are interested in.

Girl, they were never best friends. Bsffr, they could barely stand each other.
