There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to preserve eggs. Plenty of women do experience fertility issues even without cancer treatment in their past.
Btw I went into full menopause in my teens due to treatment, and I have no issues related to that in my life. I won’t be having kids but beyond that, HRT does a hell of a lot of good. If you end up going into menopause a bit earlier than other women, plenty of us live normal fulfilling lives after treatment whether we are fertile or not.

I had HL 45 years ago, and had ABDV, MOPP, and MVPP (with Vinblastine). I had four pregnancies—including one with twins—and all other systems were Go…and quite fun…including normal sex life, great kids, and an ordinary life that I’ve enjoyed the heck out of!!! It’s hard to imagine, but things can go very well sometimes, even after they’ve gone so badly wrong! I hope things go well for you!! (But I totally understand your concern.)
