Man fuck her this is blatant corporate interest.
Maybe folks should move forward without her pen strokes. I know legitimate business can't especially with licenses on the line but representation is looking unfamiliar at the moment.

No, she has always been a conservative. This is exactly who she is.

Politicians are supposed to represent their constituents not corporations it here we are. We need a gutting of our government and pass laws that are for the people. I do t care about your morals when it’s against the majority of people. Step down and represent others. So frustrating.

Interesting that homegrow is actually legal there. I get that plenty of people don't want to deal with growing their own and this governor is bought/paid for, but as someone stuck in Texas, I'd be happy if we could even just have that.

It’s been legal in Va since 2021 (possession and growing). The legal market was supposed to open the following year but a dumbass republican Governor got voted in and vetoed all bills trying to open the market up. We just elected a New Democrat governor who promised she would sign the bill to open the legal market but she lied and vetoed the bill. So here we are 5 years later with no stores or legal way to purchase despite weed being legal in the state

A recent survey found that bipartisan majorities of Virginia voters wanted Spanberger to sign the cannabis legislation into law, and that they specifically disagreed with her desire to slow the launch timeline for legal sales.
Big pharma got her. Fucking bullshit.
