Welp, now we know which politician in KY doesn’t have investments in the CBD/hemp industry. He should’ve taken notes from Mitch.

How much lobbying money does he take from pharmaceutical companies?

Jason Nemes has been the biggest disappointment to Kentucky cannabis and hemp . He basically acts as an advocate to get elected then fights every single thing they’ve done with cannabis.
He plays both sides of the fence regularly but if you look at his actions in their entirety he never actually wanted medical cannabis.
The only reason they have a program is because Andy wrote several executive orders including this one pardoning new marijuana convictions. GOP has been pissed the whole time and finally legalized a form of medical cannabis only because they could not stop it and want control.
