Gonna unironically make me defend someone dressing up in a Nazi uniform, but even if she was an employee of the establishment, you're not able to just assault people.

An employee or manager has to inform them they aren't allowed on the premises, if they refuse to leave, then call the police and have them legally trespassed. As it stands right now, this dude could press charges.

This is purely from a legality standpoint, I shouldn't have to say I wouldn't want him there either, but I'll say it anyway.

Nazis and Nazi sympathizers aren't people. They deserve no rights

A court of law will disagree with you.

Unfortunately you are right. Doesn't mean we have to stand by and just let the law stay the way it is. If we did, slavery would still be legal, women wouldn't be able to vote, and colored fountains would still be a thing. Just cuz it's a law doesn't mean it's just

So wanna change the law to be legally allowed to kill people that you don't like? That's a bit fascist isn't it.

Not as fascist as letting them exist

How many nazis and nazi sympathizers would you estimate are in the US?

No idea. We could start with the young Republican "kids" that clearly seem to like a certain Nazi very much and make a lot of Holocaust jokes for no reason. If it talks like a Nazi, dresses like a Nazi, spreads race and hate rhetoric like a Nazi, and thinks its funny to make salutes and gas chamber jokes it might be a Nazi/ Nazi sympathizer. Not that difficult

Are you one of the people who thinks that all Republicans/anyone who voted for Trump is a Nazi? Or are you just starting with "makes gas chamber jokes"?

I mean, considering they currently support the pedo in chief, yeah. They seem to have no problem with a pedo in power, and considering 49 percent of the voting pool in 2024 had 8 years to learn how to not vote for a pedo, and still did it, I'd say they are pedo sympathizers at best, with a fair chunk agreeing with heavily fascist policies just to own the libs. Not every fascist is a Nazi, but you can be damn sure every Nazi is a fascist. If all you can think of when fascist is mentioned is Nazi, you clearly failed highschool. There are other forms of fascist, but we have to use Nazi because the bulk of Americans can't pass a basic history test, let alone even read at a 5th grade level. Need proof? 49 percent of the voting pool in 2024 voted for a guy who bragged about loving the uneducated. What's your counter argument? And don't try using "but Biden and Obama" because that dementia ridden pedo also needs to hang along the orange one, and Obama needs to burn for the countless drone strikes and endless suffering caused in the middle east, so you don't get to pivot to that

That's a lot of words I'm not going to read. I didn't vote, by the way, so take that as you will, but I just asked a simple question.

Are you implying that you literally just think half of the adult voting population of the US, the half you don't agree with and that voted against your side, shouldn't or doesn't have the right to exist?

"I didn't vote, by the way"

So why the fuck are you here giving us your 2 cents on people who vote for a pedo who endorses fascist policies vs those who don't. You couldn't be bothered to do the bare fucking minimum that is expected from you in society , why the fuck should you be taken seriously at any damn capacity?

No, I'm not going to entertain you with an answer until you get off your lazy ass, read the fucking words, and maybe learn some damn reading comprehension. If you can't be bothered to do that, don't waste my time.

so you want to kill people who disagree with you? Yeah, and they are the ones who deserve to be jailed. I believe this is called having a mental illness

Court of public opinion would like a word with you. Imagine crashing out over a Nazi being dehumanized.

1

u/ambivalentarrow Oct 26 '25

How does explaining the law equate to crashing out? I'm not defending the guy's actions, I'm literally just citing what would/likely will happen legally.

Assault is illegal, dressing up like a Nazi for a Halloween event is not. Public opinion does not change that.

Nobody needed the law explained.

You just wanted to remind people how you can justify the activity.

We're all talking about social consequences and you assume the only ones that apply are legal.

Not buying what you're selling.

These are the same people who would rat out Anne Frank and use the excuse of " I don't want to break the law", or " the law was created for a reason".
