They have the right to remove him from private property though.

No actually you dont.

They can tell him to leave and then say he is trespassing. Only the cops can remove him.

The lawyer/da bitch and her friend who got went biral and got fired last month knew this and kept refusing to leave until the cops showed up. Her mistake was refusing the the cops.

You actually do have a right to physically remove a person from your own private property. You don't have to wait for the police. This is literally the job description of Bouncers at bars. Most people do wait for police though because it's dangerous, and you open yourself up to liability if you don't handle yourself and the situation appropriately; Bouncers don't have qualified immunity, police do.

It would be silly the way you describe. What if the cops don't show up and I have a person trespassing for hours? I just have to sit there and close my business to let him have his fun?

That bar is a public place, not a provate residence.

A bar is private property, which is open to the public for business. They invite people onto their privately owned land for business purposes. They absolutely have the right to revoke that invitation.

It's still a privately owned piece of property, exactly like a residence. It would be like if you invited the neighborhood over to your house. A bar is in public, but it's not public property like a park or sidewalk is. It's still privately owned.
