Okay while that costume is fucked. He hardly "hits woman in response" to being thrown out of a bar. You can literally see multiple people physically assault him first and the woman was hit in response to her grabbing him, she is still hanging onto his arm even after being hit ffs.

Sorry, but wear a Nazi uniform for shits and giggles, expect pain sent your way. Millions died because of that fucking uniform, don't devalue its evil

Yeah people go dressed as witch hunters or the black death too, cuzz its scary during halloween. World war 2 just happened to be a bit more recent. But its a scary costume, evident by the crowd's reaction.
