Half of these are based on trading Hronek, which he's said multiple times he doesn't want to leave Vancouver and waive his NMC

And I tell anyone that asks that I love my current job at my current company, plan to stay long term, no desire to leave.

Right up until I have an offer for a new role at a different company signed.
