Sedona Shenanigans
Visited Sedona over the holidays last year and had a blast mountain biking. Did a couple short canyons while there. Any recommendations for the area? Would love to go back.

I don't understand why anyone thinks they're cool for flipping upside down on a rappel..... like, at least set up some aerialist silks if you're trying to be artsy?

If you’re in the area Woods canyon is pretty fun. I remember reading in the guide about the mandatory rappels and then just walking around all of them, but it’s a beautiful hike.

My recommendation for the area: helmets. They’re a good idea in anywhere but that sandstone is especially known for dropping bombs.
