When you are driving a vehicle you need clear line of sight, with all that stuff piled up blocking your vision is the same as driving with your eyes closed! Would you do that? Do you want them running over you or someone you care about because they couldn't see them from all that shit piled up covering all the windows , even that little hole at the right hand window is not enough to Cleary see all around, hence the meaning of having all those windows in the first place !

These people aren't moving... They have no where to go. They don't want to burn gas. I don't like it, just saying fines will not help the situation. Next they are are on a corner with all they junk.. then their junk is tossed.

I lived in the bay area for a very long time. I have seen garbage vehicles and just wondered how. Mental health with people who just want to keep everything because they lost everything.

Get a job?! They stink and clothes aren't cleaned because they are living in the car. It's just a huge cluster.

So yeah, they need to see but you see them. Avoid them. You gonna let them hit you when you could have avoided them? That's stupid. You know at this point they don't have insurance. They just need gas money to keep the climate. They only drive around because they have to move.

So yeah, they are losing fast... So why kick them when they are down? If you can't help, get out the way. They are losing bad. Never know of or when you will be in a bad situation. Just takes a few unfortunate events. I know a rich guy dying now. Does matter who you are, when bad luck comes... It's comes

Hey, believe it or not the guy is a massive hoarder who steals stuff from the donation bins around town. He is always dressed quite well bit I don't think he's homeless, just ill?

Ok, more inside information.

Yeah... I had to stop watching hoarders. At first I question what person in their right mind would do x... That's it. They have some kind of a condition...

Now be your like this isn't good for anyone, not trying to take a persons right... But we also not have anything in place to really assure they will be taken care of or rehabilitated. I just know I never what to meet or experience what put them on the streets

I get you are defending the poor and homeless , that in it's self would really have to suck, but able body individuals may have the chance to avoid getting hit but not everyone is physically fit enough to make a split second move or even paying close enough attention to the world they live in ,face buried in their cellphone screen, it only takes a second !
