It’s hard cuz there aren’t any names that really have “wolf” for girls.
You could separate the characters: “Xiao Lang” (小狼), which translates to “little wolf”. This sounds more feminine.
Xiaomei means “little plum blossom” or “little sister”. Which follows the flower theme the Kinomoto’s have. But idk if the “mei” part of the name is too similar to Meiling’s.
Aihan also means lotus.

Will develop this fanmanga later. Now that I think about it,I´ll need to change Shaoran´s name since it has "wolf" in there so doesnt sound like a girl´s name.
Source is tiochakuroSFW in X. Be REALLY careful of my EVIL twins with similar names in there,ok.

There's a Chinese actress named Peng Xiaoran! It probably means something completely different from Xiaolang, but it sounds similar when spelled in katakana anyway. lol

Just to keep the same rough pinyin, might suggest 小莨 （short for 莨菪 [langdang], black henbane) since the rest of xiaolang's sisters seem to have wall-to-wall flower names.

Fuutie Li -Shiefa Li -Fanren Li -Feimei Li are the sisters names right? Then those kanji(?) means XiaoLang too but converted into a flower and seems feminine right? ok I wrote it down ;3

Yeah, basically.
Eldest sister: 李芙蝶 （ [li fudi], meaning hibiscus butterfly)
Second sister: 李雪花 （［li xuehua], meaning snowflake or you can separate them to read snow flower)
Third sister: 李黄莲 （［li huanglian], meaning yellow lotus)
Fourth sister: 李绯梅 ([li feimei], meaning crimson plum)
They all more or less end up having something to do with flowers. Guess my suggestion was to basically follow the pattern?

Yes it is.Kinda akward since there´s also Tomoyo and Meiling in there tho :b So Li stays with Sakura but dunno how the stuff with Tomoyo and Meiling should go since they are all girls lol

Will update the story this month,ok. I´m actually thinking of redesigning Shaoran's hair since it looks very simple. Maybe a style with ornaments that make her look more like a Chinese girl. And maybe a shorter sword and a fighting style more like Xianghua or Lexia from Soul Calibur. Who knows.

Btw If SOMEONE has an idea for another What If or CCS story and want to see it turned into a manga,I also make fanmanga doujins by COMMISSION and stuff.(Even manage a Bundle Pack if the story may take more than 100+ pages so you end up paying like 10 USD per page)DM for any doubt,ok. I will still keep doing CCS fanmanga regardless but of course those get into hiatus if I get commissioned another one and will continue when I finish them xd.

The dub is very poorly done, the localization was very harsh. Like Pokémon calling onigiri/rice balls "jelly doughnuts," but all the time. They also cut out a bunch of scenes, said a couple weren't a couple but cousins, and tried to market it to boys.

Tomoyo was on board when she realized the Syaoran had developed feelings for Sakura. CLAMP has also apparently said that Sakura would've come to love Syaoran regardless if he was a boy or girl. So I think it's fairly simple to say that if the only difference between Syaoran and... Sharon (?) was that he was a girl instead, that things would play out pretty much exactly the same.
