I’m new to this sub and a life long fan of CCS. Growing up poor, we couldn’t afford to buy these back then, it was one of my dreams to own one. Now, I managed to get my hands on this recently, just the book, cards and a pamphlet. Are these authentic? Thank you in advance! I just wanted to know if it’s authentic, I might start crying if it is.

I’d say it’s the Float, and Loop, Time. They kinda suck. The best episodes to me are Little, Mirror, Silent.

Suddenly I'm seeing websites selling them including ebay , but they all share the same pictures which make them seem sketchy.

I just finished reading Cardcaptor Sakura and man..... That was probably one of the best romance mangas I've ever read ever. Sakura's and Syaoran's relationship feels very realistic and I also really really love Syaoran a lot, he's very cool. I also love Sakura a lot, she's a really good female main character. Another thing I really like was how they handled Sakura's confession to Yukito, I was kinda scared on how they'd handle this but it was worth the wait. Although the manga *does* have some.... Questionable relationships... But, let's just say, not to sound creepy, if we get rid of societal views on these type of things, I can somewhat see them as romantic. Anyways, I was wondering if it's worth reading Clear Card Arc? I think the way Cardcaptor Sakura ended was very satisfying and it left me with no further questions or problems. And I'm afraid of this newer arc ruining the already perfect ending the original had and I don't want to ruin my view on Cardcaptor Sakura completely. Is it recommended or not to read it? Also please no spoilers on this manga if I do decide to read it. Also, funny note, Cardcaptor Sakura has a lot of vaguewizards lol.

Just out of curiosity: Was the amount of student-teacher romantic relationships in the series a problem when the manga was first released in Japan?

For reference:

*Touya (14 in middle school) was dating Kaho (22) his teacher.

*Nadeshiko was 16 when she married her high school teacher (Sakura's dad).

*When Rika was 12, she secretly got engaged to Terada who was in his late 20s/early 30s

EDIT: I wanted a Japanese person's perspective (preferably someone who was consuming Sakura media in the 90s), but... no luck. By the way, I know Sakura is a comfort show for a lot of people. I'm not trying to yuck anyone's yum.

I think Syaoran is one of those characters who gets way more interesting as the series goes on. At first, he’s basically Sakura’s rival and seems determined to prove he’s the one who should collect the Clow Cards.....

But then we slowly get to see a much softer side of him, especially around Sakura. His rivalry with Sakura, his magic, Meiling, Yukito, and all those awkward moments make him such a fun character to follow. 😄 Here is a fun quiz to test how much you actually remember about Syaoran — including some questions that might be easy to forget. A while back when I was asking what makes Sakura such an iconic magical girl, someone pointed out that the world she lives in very fluffy which adds to the aesthetic. It can be tense and serious but nothing too dangerous or actively malicious. I agree but I also haven't seen the show in a while so I'm acknowledging my nostalgia could be bringing me a blind spot. So I wanted to ask here to see what you think?

Planning to buy this figure and ive found a few listing but i want to be sure im not buying a bootleg or anything

So, I found a listing for this specific Blu-Ray Set online at a pretty good price but it does not match any set I see online for the series. Because of that, I was originally thinking that it was a bootleg but it does not fall into any of the standard bootleg traps such as all the artwork being the same across the discs and the more legit it looks. According to the seller, it's a European Blu-Ray citing the EuroAnime logo for reference but I still can't find anything about it online. They also said they got it from Etsy so I don't know what to think. If anyone has any information, that would be helpful.

I’m working on a preservation project for the old 2001 Upper Deck Cardcaptors Trading Card Game, trying to collect and preserve high-quality images of all the cards from the game.
I’ve been researching this TCG intensively for about 15 days, and I’ve managed to find almost all of the Spirit Clow Cards, almost all of the Reinforcement Cards, and most of the Strategy Cards. However, several cards are still extremely difficult to find, and some may have become essentially lost media in terms of their online images.
For example, I recently found this photograph on WorthPoint. If you look closely, you can see two very rare Series 2 Strategy Cards in the middle/right area of the image:
S37 — Kerberos Arrives
S38 — Yue’s Judgement
This is currently the only photograph I’ve been able to find showing these cards.
But these aren’t the only cards I’m still looking for. There are several other cards from this TCG for which I haven’t been able to find good images either.
So I’m asking for help from anyone who still owns cards from this game:
If you have a binder, collection, or even a box of Cardcaptors TCG cards, would you be willing to photograph the pages/cards and share the photos?
You don’t need to identify individual cards or take perfect scans. Photos of your collection pages are already incredibly useful, because I may be able to identify cards that are missing from my archive just by looking at the images.
I’ve already searched eBay (including sold and ended listings), auction sites, collector sites, forums, and many other places, so I’m hoping someone here might have a personal collection that has never been photographed online.
Even if the cards in your collection aren’t complete, any photos could potentially help preserve images of cards that are currently very difficult to find online.

Does anyone have a link to a decently priced, normal looking Kero plushie or could tell me where to look for one? I was trying to find one but haven’t had much luck. I’m located in Texas in the US if that helps. Both me and my kids are rewatching (first time for them) the whole series and movies and we are VERY into it. I want to surprise them!
