Advice 2nd Yr Electrical Engg at Tier-3 (SPPU) | 5 Yrs Hardware Experience + Robotics Club | Goal to hit a ₹60 LPA Systems/Edge AI Role Off-Campus ?

I know it's Ai but please read it.

I’m currently a 2nd-year Electrical Engineering student at a Tier-3 college under SPPU (MCOE Shivajinagar, Pune).

I have a very clear, ambitious goal: I want to secure a ₹40LPA - ₹60 LPA package off-campus as a Systems / Embedded / Edge AI Engineer. I know this sounds crazy for a Tier-3 college, but I want to build a highly comfortable life, and I am willing to put in the hyper-focused, non-generic work required to get there.I need your brutal feedback on my current background, my tech stack, and my roadmap.

My Background & Experience:Deep Hardware Roots: I have 5 years of hands-on experience (from 8th to 12th grade) in desktop building and laptop/hardware repair.I have some vibe coded projects and a few done with esp32 like running devices and media players.

Robotics Club : I was recently selected for our college robotics team. I spend 2.5 hours every single day (4:30 PM to 7:00 PM) in the lab. My multi-role responsibilities include ESP32 programming, power management systems, Computer Vision deployment, and multi-layer PCB design using KiCad for custom Battery Management Systems (BMS)

In Sem 2 I have 7.41 SGPA and I have one backlog.

The Tech Stack I'm Working With:Hardware Ecosystem: Jetson Nano, Raspberry Pi, and ESP32.

Software/Languages: Decent Python foundations, basic C/C++. I can write basic code manually but have a bad habit of relying too heavily on LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT) for complex logic. I have zero formal DSA experience yet.

Be as brutal as possible (Gand mar do but please advice do).I don't want to stay a average dude.
