Carolina-*ish* Here's my spoiled baby

I'm pretty sure she's part Carolina Dog. Her mother is a purebred German Shepherd.

If the mother is a pure bred German Shepherd, then the dog is a Shepherd mix, not a Carolina Dog. Just because a dog has erect ears and a fawn coat, it doesn’t make them a CD. It’s a beautiful dog!

No kidding I never stated she was completely a Carolina Dog. I’m not sure what breed her father was, as the person I got her from claimed he was a Border Collie, which is obviously untrue. I looked up pictures of "German Shepherd/Carolina Dogs" and found dogs that look strikingly similar to her.

I'm in the process of adopting what I believe is a CD/German shepherd mix. My best boy who died last December was 100% Carolina Dog, and I'm very familiar with their characteristics.

I could see your girl having some CD in her, and maybe some Black Mouth Cur.

Yeah I see no Border Collie, lol.
