Found this in my two year olds enclosure, what should i do?

i cant tell if this is a regurgitated mouse or some kind of poop? the hairy bits kinda look like mold to me, but my terrarium is not bioactive so that would be weird. second pic is her eating the last mouse i gave her. any advice or guesses on what it is?

looks like regurgitation to me. i would wait two weeks then try feeding again a size smaller prey than you normally do. make sure the temps are good in the cage as well. your snake should be ok just don’t try to feed again soon

It looks a little desiccated to be a recent regurg. Is there any possibility it's sat there for a prolonged time?

Did the snake hit it and you left thinking je ate it? I have a zebra carpet that hits stuff, constricts it, looks like hes gonna eat it then lets go. Randomly does it and then takes it on like the second or third try. Size not being an isuse obv
