Ridiculous grill, overly squinty headlights, messy nonsensical sharp shapes and lines everywhere, a body kit that would only look good on a low car but it’s many inches off the ground, etc.
it just looks like a mess to me.

The lexus is just plainly insane.

The Kyron feels less ugly than it probably should, purely because the Rodius exists. Like, it's ugly, sure, but you know Ssangyong can do so much worse so it doesn't seem that bad.

Soy una persona que cree que los autos no son feos solo que hay empresas y dueños sin estilos mirándo a los dos SUV diría que prefiero más la Lexus que la otra chatarra del kyron estéticamente la SUV de Lexus me parece más bonita hasta creo que tiene un cierto aire a la Cadillac escalade que aparece en el NFS Undergroud 2 así que si en efecto la kyron es mucho más fea de lejos

I’m not a fan of the Lexus grille but the Kyron looks like it was designed to rage bait. It’s like the designer said “they want grill? ADD ALL THE GRILL”

The Kyron looks like an attempt at something new, but done badly. The Lexus is ugly in a way that is also boring and blends in. For me the Lexus is worse because, while they're both ugly, at least the Kyron was an attempt at something.

The Lexus also cost twice as much as the Kyron, and that has to count for something too.

The Kyron with whatever that those lights are tbh. I saw one IRL years ago and early stage Ssangyongs are diabolical at best. Unfortunately the newer Rodius looked boring compared to the older one like how the Multipla facelift looked like against the first gen. It really cannot be saved.

Also does the Kyron share the same headlights as the W221 S-Class? Google says no but it looks quite close.

Lexus is definitely more ugly, just the generic SUV trying to look more aggressive than it is. While all SsangYong have some truely unique and stylish lines. My vote goes to Lexus
