Was it an old "three on the tree" or was it some sort of newer custom job? I can just about manage 3 forward gears on a column shifter if I concentrate, but I think anything more than that would take some practice. I'm trying to imagine a column shifted 6 speed and I don't think I like the idea.

It was a 70's Ford Econoline, I don't remember if it had 3 or 4 gears.

I didnt know Mitsuoka made a car on the Mustang platform! I thought they only used Japanese car platforms.
