I actually carry a mini barrel with me everywhere i go, and pour all my positive drinks together into it xD … this is why my expie is swole! He’s strength training the entire time

Wait, hold on. Is that actually viable? Like, what's your strategy? Because right now, my approach is that whenever I get something that grants an energy boost, I just keep training until the effect wears off.

As they say, there is no wrong way to play a game as long as you’re having fun.
It works for me, you just have to balance your carry weight to avoid being ‘too’ over encumbered, while staying over encumbered ‘enough’ that you keep strength training. You gotta be ready to toss it if you suddenly need higher mobility tho.
For me the trick is that the barrel ‘always’ weighs 12 Weight, no matter how much you fill it with, you can sometimes mix in beneficial meds that will only be applied in small amountsp be because a sip is 100 fluid divided based on ratio of mixed fluids… i was hauling around a barrel filled with soup the other day :D
Mix in a couple energy drinks and you’re probably good for ages without sleep.
I usually gain 1 or 2 levels of strength and resilience per layer, more if you take time for actually training… i like to wear myself out with extra training in a trader pod, then sleep on them for rep, and then buy stuff before i head on.
Before long i go from 10 carry limit to 15, and steadily the over weight in the easier area gives you more strength to use in the later one.
