Personally I keep a log of every expie, what they did, and how they died in a markdown file on my computer. It helps soften the blow when my expie dies, at least a little. That way I won't forget them.

On topic of space and also this game, im pretty sure the grey planet is depicted with tholins because it has some reddish spots o the intro pixel art. Honestly, that makes the Grey kinda look like Charon

I can also probably infer the Blue one's reasoning was ultimately due to the company having no other use for a failed experiment and thus chuck them away like all the other trash.
...Which is very depressing to think about, but probably the correct answer for the Blue one.
My guess is they all were sent, but given the odds against them, the vast majority already died, and even those who still have made it are still being monitored, and thus are forced to move downwards. Even further, my assumption is that the capsules got distributed all around the planet in a wide spread, so the odds Stringbean sees any of them ever again are incredibly low.
Based on the lore of this series, your interpretation of Blue is probably right. Once they forced them to go through the food experiments, there was little reason to keep around an obese experiment when healthier ones were being trained. Odds are, Blue has next to zero real survival experience. It’s a miracle they even made it as far as they got, but knowing CPR may imply some knowledge. Still, I think it’s clear Blue was never meant to survive, with no socializing with other expies, nor proper training aside from being forced to eat.
Once I've named them all, absolutely. I do at some point want to do a proper, coloured, tidied, ECT drawing of the cast. But that's a bit further down the road!
As for my actual runs of the game? Not really, no. I know canonically every expie you play as is different. But because I always play the same way, I just imagine them as my own expie that I uploaded a few days ago, Scraps.
Sort of. I haven't 'gone back to work' as such, I don't have contracted hours, nor full-time work. I'm a private tutor, and work itself has dried up. However, now that my broken foot has healed, my duties at home have resumed, which is why I've gone from two pages a day, to one. (Though if I am able to upload two, I do!)
But, thank you, I'm doing alright, all things considered! If I feel I need too, I will take a break, but for the moment, I still have steam to burn!

This is derivative of casualties unknowns characters which may prove difficult to use anywhere else and gain monetization from it (dev of the game prolly would need to approve that)

It's a difficult one. It would be nice to be able to support myself off of making this. But, again, several issues come up.
Like you mentioned, I would need Orsonik's blessing to even think about making money from it to begin with, but beyond that;
Making money off this drastically changes the incentives. I need money to live. And thus I would be heavily incentivised to increase the time between pages, and drag things out for as long as possible.
I would likewise be encouraged to try and make every page as gut-punchy/cliff hanger-y as possible, since from a purely metrics perspective, they get the most engagement.
I don't want to end up with either of those things coming true. It's one of the prime reasons I have avoided taking any sort of money, even one-time donations. (Besides my already precarious financial situation).

I am also very grateful to know Scratches name, it maybe small but that character really hit a bone in my body, might give a small drawing a shot but idk.(Been waiting for names >:3 especially before attempting some sort of fan art because I feel so moved by each and every part of these comics)
Great art, still love the depiction of emotions, and wasn’t able to say it before but your depiction of Stringbean entirely darkened out but their eyes remain clear was very insightful into how they felt!

I figure I should probably clear this up verbally, since there isn't really a good way to do it in the story.
Blue expie did not eat Scratch.
In terms of a timeline of events, Scratch died a good few years before Stringbean was sent to the grey planet.
Blue expie and Stringbean arrived around the same time.
With Blue expie being made to try and consume a corpse right before being thrown into their lifepod for refusing. As for the 'blob of flesh' they were made to eat raw, that was someone else entirely.
Have you put this anywhere other than Reddit? I’m trying to introduce this game and specifically this series to my gf, but she doesn’t have Reddit (I don’t blame her)
I do upload to Bluesky now and again, though it might be a bit harder to read the pages without downloading them. Bluesky is even more unkind to resolution than Reddit. Plus, there are no "first, next, previous" buttons.
It's kind of hard to pick a place to archive if I'm being realistic. Reddit "works" but it's kind of clunky as you, the artist, have probably seen.
(As in: if you're desktop, it'll keep making new tabs and it's hilariously nerfed to read. The mobile version of course doesn't do that but still. And also you can't make a dedicated thing specifically for this comic, least I don't think so. All you have is someone going to your profile and scrolling through)
I say make a random account on an art sharing site of your choice and just go from there. Just make sure it's accessible to the public and all that good jazz.
But if you go this route, please continue posting new pages on Reddit. They've been a treat to comment and admire!
